At this time, Custom Embroidery ships anywhere in the Continental U.S. We have made every effort to keep shipping costs low, while maintaining secure, reliable delivery.

Return Policy
All requests for a return authorization must be made within 10 business days from the date of shipping by calling Custom Embroidery at 615-297-2604. Authorizations will be issued only for items that have not been worn, altered or washed and are in perfect condition with the original price tag still attached. All sales items are FINAL SALE.
Please Note:
- We do not refund shipping and handling charges unless a mistake was made by Custom Embroidery or your item(s) were damaged in shipping. If your items were damaged in shipping, please save the box and packing so we can inform the carrier of the problem.
- Upon receipt of returned goods, Custom Embroidery has the right to deny credits if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements as stated above.
- Returns must be postmarked within 15 days from the original shipping date.
Return Procedure:
- Call Custom Embroidery at 615-297-2604 to get a return authorization.
- Please include the return authorization #, your name, address, phone number and email address.
- Ship the merchandise pre-paid and insured to:
